Our Story

        In 1999, Shaun Carey started-up Muscle Farmer.  Throughout the years Muscle Farmer was an independently contracted company through different fitness facilities in the Bellevue area.  Shaun quickly learned that this business model worked well for every trainer to maximize their returns, to develop their personal brand and identity, and to have the freedom to make their own business decisions on how to provide value to their clients.

        In 2016, Shaun Carey opened up the doors to Muscle Farmer Fitness Studios at 1331 118th Ave SE unit 300, Bellevue.  A business idea that he could bring together a team of individual trainers, massage therapists, acupuncturists, even estheticians to develop their business under Muscle Farmer's roof.  Every contractor/business brings their personal skill-set creating a diverse environment.

        Fast forward 6 years later, Muscle Farmer Fitness Studios has flourished!  Every business that has been contracted through Muscle Farmer Fitness Studios has thrived!  It is quite amazing how well people perform when you are given the freedom to develop your ideas while continuing to represent the studio that will give you a place to call home.
