Master trainer & associate
Miguel Galvan - Always Ready
Experience: 16 years
Specializes in: Strength & conditioning, weight loss, sports performance, functional performance, overall health, and injury prevention.
Bio:
Hi everyone — I’m 40 years young, born in San Francisco and raised in Kirkland since the age of five, so I’m proud to call this community home. My journey into human performance began with an Associate’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Lake Washington Institute of Technology, and it has grown into a lifelong mission.
For over 16 years, I’ve dedicated more than 10,000 hours to coaching people across every stage of life — from youth athletes to adults in their 80s. I’ve worked with weekend warriors seeking better health, high-level athletes pushing competitive limits, and everyone in between. Rowers, runners, soccer players, football players — each experience has shaped a coaching style built on adaptability, precision, and results.
At Always Ready, the philosophy is simple: strength is the foundation of human health. My goal is not just to help you look better or perform better today, but to build a body that is resilient, capable, and prepared for whatever life demands — now and decades from now. This is training for longevity, confidence, and independence.
I live the lifestyle I coach. When I’m not helping clients become stronger, healthier versions of themselves, I’m doing the same work personally — running, lifting, training outdoors, and constantly refining my craft. I believe the best coaches lead from the front and practice what they teach.
In short, I’m here to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay Always Ready for life.

Master trainer & associate
Camie Morisset -
Personal Training with Camie
Experience: 10 years
Specializes in:
Fat loss, strength and conditioning, sports performance, injury prevention, and functional strength training for healthy aging.
Bio:
Camie Morisset has been instructing fitness since 2012. She fell in love with personal training after experiencing profound growth and change with the help of a personal trainer. Camie already had two degrees from the University of Washington when she earned her certification with the American Council on Exercise and a specialty certification in orthopedic exercise.
Currently, Camie serves clients ranging from 9 to 80+ years of age at Muscle Farmer Fitness Studios in Bellevue. She trains athletes of all kinds, including runners, swimmers, rock climbers and cyclists. She trains young people who take their athletic endeavors seriously and middle-aged folks who want to stay strong and mobile longer. She has a special fondness for training elders who want to regain lost strength, mobility, and, as a result, independence. She specializes in working with new and long-time prosthetics, including replaced knees and hips. She also has experience with recent bariatric patients as well as those living with or recovering from cancer.
Camie uses functional strength and mobility training to help you maintain independence as you age. She wants you to be able to keep lifting your luggage into the overhead bin. Building strength looks different for everyone, and helping you build it safely and sustainably is Camie’s number one priority.
Camie tailors her workouts to suit the strength and mobility of each of her clients, even as they vary by session. She believes in healing your problem areas before she strengthens your areas of weakness, and she is especially passionate about good posture. She emphasizes nutrition and cleaning eating that is realistic and sustainable, and she doesn’t push fad diets or trends. She focuses on science and your personal needs.
When Camie isn’t training a client or studying up on the latest in health science, she’s on a 100-mile bike ride or the golf course. She also loves hiking, lifting weights, and cheering for her daughter on the basketball court.
